THEATRE INTERVIEW

THE LEADING MAN ON SEEING HIS FIRST BROADWAY SHOW, CHEYENNE JACKSON, & HIS DREAM ROLE.

What do you love most about the theatre? Creating a world that both you and the audience can escape to, forgetting about all your problems for 3 hours and just being entertained.

If you had to play one role for the rest of your life, what would it be? Hands down, Sweeney Todd. One day it will come, and it will be epic

What is going through your mind (and body) right before you go on stage? Right before my first entrance of any show, I panic. I get light headed, and with out a doubt the words "well, there's no turning back now!" rush through my head.

What Broadway way star's voice makes you weak in the knees? Umm Cheyenne Jackson, duh.

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL

What do you do to decompress after a show? Typically, drink. Haha. I'm usually starving when I finish a show, so I usually will eat something awful for me. No worries though, I usually work it off before the matinee.

Tell me about the experience of seeing your first Broadway show… I saw Legally Blonde. There was a lot of pink, belting, and Elle's wig fell off when she did the 'bend and snap,' no lies. It was awesome.
